Sound Bath MeditaTion Circle

Sound Baths are deep listening experiences based on psychophysiology, which is the study of the mind-body connection to support inner journeys of rich imagery, somatic release, and emotional connection through vibration. We invite participants to awaken the senses that help release, relax, and deepen the connection to both the internal and external worlds through sound and mindful listening.

Instruments used include Alchemy crystal singing bowls, monochords, hand pans, Himalayan metal singing bowls, ceremonial percussion as well as voice and breath to help connect body, mind and spirit.
