Ready to see the world through a new lens while gaining a fun perspective on self?

The way of the clown is no-holds barred (fun) journey to uncover the unique qualities that make us who we truly are.

When we give ourselves permission to access the child within — the playful, attention seeking fool —magic happens!

When we learn to fully embody a present moment, without attachment to the past or expectation of the future, we become courageous and free.

When we connect with others and share laughter, we create community.

Learn to have fun with failure and uncover what is uniquely funny about you! Deep down there is a clown inside each of us waiting to come out and play…

Each class consists of games and exercises from the world of theatrical clown, improvisation and movement, designed to develop more confidence and unleash the ridiculous side of ourselves. We will let go of perfectionism and reconnect with our joy in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Please note: the nature of clowning is to work with whatever we have. If you have an injury or physical issue that may limit or impede your movements, not to worry. That will be no problem for this class!
