A Guided Breathwork:
Cultivating Resilience for the Year Ahead

with Elana Eyal
Thursday, December 5th
6:30-8pm
Maha Rose Brooklyn

Resilience is our body and brain’s ability to handle stress and recover quickly from adversity. In this breathwork session, we’ll have space to take stock of what is present for us after a whole year of life and prepare ourselves for an abundant year ahead. The breathwork will help build resilience in our nervous system, empowering us to enter the new year with the strength to learn new things, make changes, respond to stressful events, and practice self-compassion.

Beginners and breathers of all levels are welcome. Come exactly as you are, ready to dive deeper into your most authentic and inspired self.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an ancient healing practice that helps us reconnect with our inner selves and release the stress, tension, and trauma we carry. It allows you to quiet your monkey mind and connect to your inner intelligence, bringing deep insights and powerful revelations. This intimate and personal experience empowers us to stand more resiliently in the world.
