Mission: 

Maha Rose welcomes and aims to serve and support people of all races, cultures, ethnicities, ancestries, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, age, abilities, financial means, religious and spiritual traditions.

We believe in the equality and divinity of all beings. We believe in the ability of each individual to heal. We aim to assist individuals in becoming pillars of light in their communities. 

Our mission is to share transformational tools and practices to those who are ready and want to heal. We know that healing and growth takes effort and dedication. With tools, teachers and community we are able to heal the wounds of the past and move forward with more awareness of who we are and what we are here to do. We share practices of different traditions and lineages that have changed our lives for the better with reverence, respect and gratitude.

We donate a portion of our monthly earnings to Embracing the World.

GENERAL POLICIES: 

Cancellation Policy: 
Our classes are limited in size and retaining your spot may prevent another person from being able to join. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot offer last-minute refunds and account credits. 

Workshops or Classes: Account credit or refunds less a 10% service fee are available if requested 72 hours prior to the event. Neither cash nor credit refunds will be given for anything within 72 hours of the start time or after a class has begun. 

Multi-session Workshops or Classes: Account credit or refunds less a 10% service fee are available if requested 72 hours prior to the first class or event. Neither cash nor credit refunds will be given for anything within 72 hours of the start time of the first class. There are no refunds after the first class has begun.

Private sessions: Account credit or refunds less a 10% service fee are available only if requested 24 hours prior to session time. If you need to reschedule your session please email us.

Distance sessions purchased are non-refundable.

Retreats: Retreat deposit is non-refundable. Additional payment can be redeemed for account credit or refunds less a 15% service fee are available only if requested 21 days prior to the retreat.

There are no refunds or account credit given for late cancellations or no-shows. There are no refunds after you have used or attended one or more of the sessions part of a multi-session class.

Can’t make it to your event? Please consider gifting your ticket to a friend. Much like a concert or other ticketed event, we don’t give refunds for missed events.

Gift Cards:
Expire five years from purchase date and are not redeemable for cash.

Account Credit Policy:
If you have canceled something in the past and have account credit, you can use it like cash for any of Maha Rose's offerings. Please email the studio to apply account credit to the offering you'd like to attend. You are responsible for paying any difference between the credit amount and the new total.
