Jasmine Dayze
Jasmine Dayze's wellness journey began over a decade ago co-founding Anoz Spa Boutique in Garden City, NY, where she brought Jamaican-inspired relaxation to her clients. After successfully running the spa and honing her massage therapy skills across multiple countries, she sold the business in 2023 to focus on her growing online wellness community. Today, she inspires over 70,000 followers, particularly people of color, through massage, stretch, and meditation content across social media platforms.
Breania smith
Breania Smith is a 200-hour CorePower certified yoga instructor and marketing maven within the music and entertainment industry. What began as a way to disconnect and recharge has evolved into a mission to change the narrative around mental health, helping others acknowledge the power and strength that comes from flowing through the hard stuff. Through partnerships with leading brands like Lululemon, Daily Harvest, and Outdoor Voices, she continues to make yoga and wellness practices more accessible while putting mental health at the forefront of her teaching.
