Amy loves working with people and the energy of human connection.
Through reiki, bio-energetics, breathwork, meditation and prayer she helps you through the growing pains of life and guides you through the process of healing.
She has studied the healing practices of many ancient traditions and shares with you ways to get in touch with the divine spirit inside, sending love to all of your parts, helping you to feel whole and connect with joy in your body. Amy herself experienced trauma in childhood and uses these practices to find real healing. As we get in touch with our selves we are able to find compassion for the world.

-Prema Yoga teacher training 200 hour.
-Dao of Yoga Chi Gong master class with Rafael Chaman .
-Mentorship in yoga and Heart Living Meditation with James Fideler .
-Ongoing Mentorship with sadhana teacher Harshada Wagner.
