Breathwork with Luke

with Luke Simon
Wednesday, November 13th
& 12/20
6:30-8:30pm
Maha Rose Brooklyn

Connect to the mystical side of life with a soulful and heart opening night of Breathwork.

Luke’s Breathwork gatherings are a sacred space to connect to yourself and energy. Come if you have forgotten and need a reminder of the essence of who you are. Come if you are feeling hard emotions and need a supportive space to feel it all in order to heal. Come in whatever state you are in, you don’t need to be perfect or “there yet”. This is a space to practice being “enough” just as you are.

Luke will guide the group in a grounding meditation, then check in with participants. Then you will lay down and be guided in the Breathwork journey. You can take the breathing pattern as fast or slow as you need. Luke will support your practice with music and verbal affirmations, checking in on you as you breathe.

The goal is to shift out of normal consciousness and feel the tingly mystery of being alive. In this heightened state of being, your intuition clarifies and you get guidance from inside. You will leave feeling expanded and lighter, having released old energy and re-connected to yourself. Spiritual practice helps connect you to the energy of Love which helps you face the mysteries of life with bravery and calmness.

We end in a deep relaxation, deeply rejuvenating.
You will leave feeling shifted, and more yourself.

*Sober event - please don’t be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol before or after these Breathwork groups. We are cultivating grounded clarity and awareness. The breathwork itself is a natural high and we are finding the way to “get high on our own supply”.
