The journey begins with Francesca, a licensed therapist, who will guide you through BRAAVE, a unique mindfulness method inspired by EMDR, IFS, shadow work, and somatic therapies. This is not your typical meditation—it’s a deep, therapeutic practice that fosters lasting healing and personal transformation.
Next, VR, a veteran yoga instructor, will lead you through an inspiring yoga flow. VR’s classes through an immersive inquiry into the philosophy of yoga are designed to guide you through unlearning outdated ideologies, freeing yourself from limiting paradigms, and embracing the pursuit of personal freedom.
Together, these practices create a powerful, holistic experience focused on breathing and loving one’s own breath, grounding you in presence and empowering transformation. Join us for this rejuvenating journey and step into your most authentic self.

Francesca Aborn
As an LCSW-certified therapist trained in EMDR, IFS, EFT, and guided visualizations, Francesca provides holistic therapy for individuals, couples and groups. She helps clients explore root issues, heal past traumas, develop personalized coping strategies, and cultivate a nurturing inner dialogue to foster deeper connections with themselves and others. Francesca is the creator of the BRAAVE technique, a unique approach inspired by EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other healing modalities. BRAAVE uses a powerful acronym as a guide through meditation and visualization, helping people unlock and process difficult emotions in a fresh, creative way. Francesca is also the host of Embracefull, a podcast focusing on meditations for postpartum.
VR
VR began studying yoga in 1995 through a preliminary introduction into buddhism. Yoga provided the light to VR at a very young age when VR was grappling with much darkness Since then, yoga has literally saved VR's life and it became VR's mission in life: to spread the philosophy of yoga throughout the world. VR's unconventional yoga classes are energetic, intense and inspired by an inherent musicality with the intention to encourage the practitioner to engage with their own dance with the divine. All that you are ever required to do is breathe, and love your breath.
