Come release and restore in this unique 90-minute class infused with a blend of Yin yoga, Sound Healing, and Reiki led by Caro.
Yin Yoga focuses on stretching the body's connective tissues, tendons and fascia, by holding poses for 3-5 minutes each. This practice helps to release tension in the muscles and promotes energy flow throughout the body.
With the addition of instruments, her voice, and gentle Reiki, Caro will guide you into exploring the depths of your inner landscape as a kind observer while meeting your edge.
These modalities aid in slowing down our brain waves, disarming our nervous systems, and putting our bodies in a relaxed, trance like state. It’s the perfect mix for deep release within a safe container for vulnerability.
We recommend this class for anyone looking to slow down and release tension. You will leave feeling lighter, with more space within yourself to welcome in the new. All levels and all bodies are welcome!
Carolina Lopez
Carolina is a Sound Healer, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, and Mentor empowering women to heal themselves and recognize their power. Her mission is to make growth and spirituality accessible for modern women everywhere. With over 500 hours of training in Usui Reiki, Yoga, Anatomy, Sound Healing, and leadership, Caro has a deep understanding of the human energy system. She integrates her Colombian heritage, intuitive abilities and diverse global experiences, including a degree in International Relations, into her healing practice, honoring many traditions. Caro also has nine years of experience working in the Tech industry, which helps her relate to high-achieving women managing stress and battling burnout. Having healed herself through PTSD, she believes in the potential for every woman to transform and create the life they day dream about. Passionate about creating safe spaces for vulnerability and transformation, she offers healing sessions, mentorship and retreats worldwide.
