HYPNOTIC JOURNEY

Elizabeth will guide you to experience hypnotherapy as a practical and powerful tool for personal change in transformation. Hypnotic Journey is a substance-free, psychedelic container for healing and soulful exploration. In trace states, we can move beyond the conscious mind, limiting beliefs and old paradigms into a timeless reservoir of infinite resources. In the Hypnotic Journey, access the multi-dimensional self—nurture the inner child, and commune with helpful guides and sacred archetypes. Meet your higher/future self, and anchor intent in your highest-and-best potential future timeline. Access your unlimited self, expand, and share your authentic essence with the world. A session of ART STUDIO follows each HYPNOTIC JOURNEY.

In the ART STUDIO, Elizabeth guides participants to experience an embodied creative practice, moving through the sensory exploration of intuitive drawing. Learn the art-making methods of curiosity, patience, clarity, and craftsmanship to enable creativity and beauty to flourish. Feel creative life force energy and anchor in confidence to be the artist of your life. The art studio is a fit for both new and established artists.

Elizabeth Traina

Elizabeth Traina is a New York-born and based visual artist and lightwork facilitator. She creates artwork that explores the intersection of modernism and metaphysics — influenced by a small yet rich lineage of transcendental geometry created by women. Elizabeth's compositions are made of intricately layered transparent forms, suggesting luminescent multi-dimensional movement. She creates botanical works as studies of the wonderment of the natural world. Her paintings can be used as meditation tools to quiet the mind and stimulate the heart field for multi-sensory awarenesses / awakened consciousness. In addition to her studio practice, she contributes to the intersection of art within social equity and justice movements. Early in her career, she helped to create youth art programs in Oakland, San Francisco, New Orleans, and Brooklyn. She is passionate about the uplifting effects of public art and utilizes her skills as a muralist to beautify spaces with beloved community joy.

Beginning in 2012, she expanded her education with training in Energy Medicine, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, and Sound Healing and designed the Art & Consciousness Curriculum, an innovative hands-on workshop series. She is pleased to share her methods via seminars and workshops, locally and abroad. Elizabeth continues her studies with ongoing metaphysical research, paints in her studio in Brooklyn, and offers custom Lightwork Sessions and events to clients and groups seeking transformational guidance.
