Journaling Through Grief
with Tanya Everett
Saturday, November 30th
6-8pm
Maha Rose Brooklyn
Are you currently feeling heavy?
Through this workshop, we invite grief into our lives, and dance with it, rather than run from it. As we continue to navigate an ever- changing world, we gather to hold space for all of the big feelings.
We will begin with guided meditation and gentle movement. We will then be lead through a series of prompts to channel feelings into words. We will end our session with a creative sharing, and group reflection.
