This class is for partners, friends, family members, and anyone else you feel comfortable learning with. We will learn how to use the tools at our disposal to provide relief for each other in adaptable ways that won't tire you out, and how to communicate effectively about our preferences.


This workshop is done fully clothed through a combination of step-by-step demonstration and hands on assistance, and the techniques learned can be used anywhere. You'll leave with new skills as well as a full manual and some massage cream for continued home practice.
