A healthy nervous system is the greatest vehicle to carry you through the long game of life.
Similar to training your physical body, you can learn to work with your nervous system to make it more flexible, adaptable and resilient. But where do you begin?
By learning how to regulate.
Part educational, part experiential, this 2 hour exploratory workshop will resource you to:
Support your stress levels and avoid burnout
Discover your body's unique style of response
Deepen internal awareness and mind-body connection
Feel safer, calmer, and more at ease in the face of whatever life throws your way
What to Expect:
1. We’ll begin with a grounding embodiment meditation, connecting to your body and exploring the felt sense.
2. Next, we’ll learn about the basics of somatics, explore Polyvagal concepts, and discuss nutrition + lifestyle support for your nervous system.
3. Finally, we’ll practice somatic exercises to help regulate yourself, feel safer, strengthen vagal tone, and increase your window of tolerance.
You’ll leave with a regulating toolkit to help you navigate life’s unexpected moments.
Please note: while this workshop has been developed through a trauma-informed lens, it is not recommended for those in current crisis or experiencing acute trauma. Private sessions are available for support.
