Welcome to this practice of somatic movement rooted in indigenous wisdom, where you'll learn to release anger and stress through your body. Today, we invite you to use your body as a tool for self-healing, becoming aware of your breath and sensations while opening yourself to the wisdom of your ancestors.
Allow yourself to let go of any pent-up anger or stress that you might be holding on to. As you move through the exercises, focus on the present moment and your connection to the earth beneath you. Let this practice be a journey of reconnection, a way to tap into ancestral knowledge and find inner peace.

Daniela is an Indigenous Shaman/Medicine Woman. A Chilena with Indigenous Mapuche blood. She comes from a long line of medicine women who have in one way or another shut their medicine down for survival. She is here in this lifetime to reclaim that medicine and empower all the generations to live free and wild. She comes from tribal warriors who love and honor Pachamama and whose medicine is imprinted in her DNA. Years ago for survival, she also shut down her magic and medicine. But she has reclaimed it and connected other women to their own medicine and magic through ceremonies and photography.
