Join Liza (Crow Mother), a seasoned divination conduit, for Strength Through Pliancy, a workshop for folks of all skill levels geared toward fostering a more intimate relationship to your intuition. This gathering will allow you to deepen your understanding of how and why we become disconnected from our metaphysical abilities and present you with action-based solutions for invigorating your confidence in your spiritual practice or divination methods.


Following an opening ceremony and brief grounding, attendees will be led in a discussion about the manifestation of tension in the body and mind, and how it can lead to distrust when attempting to connect with our divine gifts. From there, Liza will lead attendees through suggested methods of reintroduction to Self. These will include familiar techniques such as Alpha Channeling, as well as methods created by Liza and personal to her own practice. These suggested methods will be applied to working with familiar divination methods like tarot and pendulums because benefits of these methods will become more effective with repetition. Attendees will be given ample time to start practicing, both solo and in small groups.


Here, there will be opportunities to share, witness, and ask questions. Before the workshop comes to a close, Liza will conduct a guided meditation and healing that will aid in the activation and integration of the entire experience and lesson.

Attendees are asked to arrive well-hydrated and nourished, to dress comfortably and bring a journal, pen, favorite divination tool and items to be charged on the altar. It is suggested that attendees abstain from the use of mind-altering substances 24 hours before and after the workshop.
