Lavender will guide participants through brief & simple breathing, toning and gentle movement exercises before inviting everyone to close their eyes, lie down and enjoy a healing concert ("sound bath") featuring gong & singing bowl playing.

Sound baths are often referred to as a fabulous introduction to meditation, but can also support those who have meditated for years. Let Lavender’s playing guide you in this enriching mind and body sonic experience. No previous meditation experience necessary. Yoga mats, cushions and blankets provided.
